Denise is extremely professional and prompt. She takes the time to find out what kind of an experience you are looking for and she suggests ways to get the best experience for your money and time. Using her own travel experiences, she is able to create a terrific vacation tailored just for you and your family. Her travel reports with everything from restaurants to eat at, tours, sites, weather and packing lists, etc. are extremely helpful. I have planned many trips over the years for my family of 6. It takes a lot of work and having Denise do the planning helped me to enjoy the whole trip from start to finish.
