My first time dealing with Denise, I found her to be professional, personable and a pleasure to work with. When we decided to go on a “once-in-a-lifetime dream cruise” in April/May 2020 it was a no-brainer that we would once again seek Denise’s expertise. Thinking about how to cancel such a monumental trip (due to COVID-19) was stressful and overwhelming; Denise contacted all our suppliers and dealt with them on getting us refunds, future cruise credits, moving dates, etc. Soon disappointment turned into excitement as Denise was able to re-book us for 2021.
